Wall Street, money never sleep

Michael Douglas is back in his oscar - winning role as one of the screens most notorious villains, Gordon Gecko. And also Shia LaBeouf is a bike-riding hot-shot broker*Slurrrpp*. A movie by Oliver Stone, Wall street Money never sleeps. It is a sequel to the 1987 film Wall Street.

This movie is about money. Money is a complex commodity that needs to be comprehended through gimlet - eyed explorations of stock market indices, the financial papers and business channels on television. The appeal of power and bucks! Try to described what had happened in 2007. About a huge financial crisis.

Shia LaBeouf may be the ‘it boy’ of the moment but he can really act. I don’t think that his action flicks show-cased that. (In 2007, he starred in Transformers, and the following year he appeared in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull as Indiana’s son.). LaBeouf proves he can take on a mature roll and that he is not just an unlikely boyfriend for Jennifer Fox in an action movie.
Money Never Sleeps, for better or for worse, is the Wall Street our generation gets. It’s a time capsule from 2010, equally relevant window into our languishing economy. In twenty years, we can only hope it all looks like science fiction. In the other hand, a good fashion style drives LaBeouf look hot :p
